- This is one of Chalk's Airlines Grumman Mallards landing in Bimini Bay. It is similar to the one that crashed on December 18, 2005..."That Flight of Fate"... referred to in the song "The Islands Cried", Album 1.

- "My Island Home" a painting by Al LaBanca. It inspired the song "Island Home" # 9, Album 1. It is the location and logo of IslandHomeRecords.com studio. It continues to nurture creativity and is the birth place of over 65 songs by Ed, Crowbar & Eshelean.

- Fellow oenophile, gourmand and good friend Glen Cooper shares his Christmas dinner family tradition, Oyster Pie. Glen collaborated with Ed to write "Mon Ami" a song on the "Bimini Rose" Album. The song is a tribute to his love of French, food, and music.

- Glen has had an incredible life. He worked for the US Government all over the world for 32 years. He is now a Security Rep for the NFL. His ethnic Harlem roots had a positive life-long effect on him and he would not trade his childhood for anything!

- Glen is a magician in the kitchen. He loves to throw in a little of this and a little of that and produce a masterpiece. Stir in his wife Martha, his 3 daughters, 8 grandchildren, a great glass of wine and some of Ed's music...the ultimate recipe.

- Easy to follow, easy to cook, a joy to eat! Glen's Guestbook entry, "Tres bien fait mon ami, comme dit notre ami John Tate si souvent. toi, tu es benie". The Island Home troupe never forgot the potato pancakes Glen made at the S Bimini studio in 6/1999!

- A great sunset photo by David Kresge, Biminicrusingguide.com. Photo was taken from the shoreline near the Bimini Bay Resort. I used it as the CD cover photo on the Bimini Bay Album. Thanks Dave!

- I used David's photo above for the cover photo of album 2. I made a subtle change to the original by substituting the Bahamian flag for the Canadian flag depicted in the original photo.

- An amazing photo of the Compleat Angler burning. I used it for the cover photo of Album 1. The photo was taken at 4:50 a.m. by David Rolle while he was fighting the fire. The boat prow with the Angler name on it was the entrance archway.

- The Compleat Angler full abalze at 4:53 a.m..

- A night to remember.

- Fighting the blaze

- It's over!..."Compleat Angler will you ever return, things just aren't right since that night that you burned. Compleat Angler won't you tell me your tales talk about the rum talk about those bales". Lyrics from Ed's song.

- Bedevil (Center with blue hat) day manager at the Compleat Angler, Michael Roberts (Far right) and other Biminites the morning of the fire. This scene inspired the song Compleat Angler, "..Went to Alice Town the other day, stood there cried I was amazed".

- This is the Hemingway Museum. A room just off the bar and dance floor of the Compleat Angler. It was filled with pictures of Ernest Hemingway and memorabilia. All of it lost in the fire. The tragedy is memorialized in song 5 Album 1 "Compleat Angler".

- A smokey sunset after the blaze.... "When the moon dives into the sea, Feel the warmth of a soft summer breeze", lyrics from a new song by Ed, "Think About You".

- Life goes on...cleaning conch. Getting back into the groove!

- Now we can eat some of that great Bimini Conch Salad.

- Ebbie's Bonefish Club, a top seller of "Bimini Bay" & "The Islands Cried" CDs. Owned by Ebenezer David a world renowned bonefishing guide. The club is usually awash with bonefishermen telling bonefish Ebbie stories with proper and justifiable pride!

- Geronimo, protagonist in "True American Hero" song 3 Album 1. Born in 1829. A Chiricahua Apache warrior he lead 37 members of the "Bi da a naka enda" (Standing in front of the enemy) band in in a defiant stand against the U S Government. Read song intro.

- Prescott Bush the president's grandfather was a member of Yale's Skull and Bones Society. He allegedly robbed Geronimo's grave. He took Geronimo's skull and put it on display at Skull and Bones meetings!

- This is Jacqueline. The inspiration for song 4 on Album 2 "Bimini Bay".

- Joan of Arc, sorry no photos available. I have always been intrigued by this story. When I read a news article about her being burned at the stake three times I had heard enough, I wrote this song, "Ode To Joan".

- On the Bimini beach with "Sissy" (9/13/46-5/31/99). Her love, grace and charm will never be forgotten! PS-Those were her sunglasses.
